The book presents the Proceedings of 32rd International Congress of the Italian Society of Historians of Physics and Astronomy (Società Italiana degli Storici della Fisica e dell’Astronomia, SISFA) held in Roma on 2012, 27th-29th September (more than 80 participants from 11 countries). The authors explained the various ways in which sciences worked at the past. Particularly distinguished scholars like Walter Noll, Jean Dhombres, Aleandro Nisati and a special Foreword by Chris Bissell helped to create the volume for absorbing reading.
