Introduction to the introduction of Futurology

This lecture aims to introduce the audience to futurology, the science of predicting the future, and the phenomena associated with it. We will look at selected ideas, principles, technologies and people. We will also cover practical information that will suggest how to better predict the future. With respect to the future of humanity and personal futures, I think this is an important lecture not to be missed. Futurology is a fascinating yet little-known field that can take the uninitiated by surprise.
