Happily ever after

A probe into the modern forms of partner relationships, from polyamory to open relationships to love over the internet or a lover’s relationship with a committed partner… In this documentary, the director follows five stories of people who decided to seek their happiness in other partnerships than the usual one. “What do partner relationships look like in the 21st century? Is the monogamous model of a man and a woman no longer enough nowadays? Although the stories of the protagonists make up a varied mosaic of different partner relationships, they have one thing in common: each of them deviates in some way from the established relationship model.
